We've Been Popping Up — And We're Not Done Yet
Honestly, we didn't know what to expect.
Setting up at a climbing gym with bags of single origin coffee and a pour over kettle felt a little bold. Would climbers want to stop mid-session for a slow cup of coffee?
Turns out — yes. They really did.
We began at First Ascent Humboldt Park, March 21st!
Cold brew and fresh pour overs, 11am to 2pm. We brewed cup after cup of our single origins on site — not pre-made, not rushed. Just proper coffee, made the way it's meant to be.
There's something really special about watching someone try a single origin for the first time and actually taste the difference. No milk, no sugar — just the coffee doing what good coffee does.
The community at Humboldt Park was warm. People lingered, asked questions, made introductions. People came back for more coffee and conversation, and our community grew. That's exactly the kind of afternoon we had in mind when we started Bambi Nonno.
If you're a regular at Humboldt Park, you don't have to wait for the next pop-up — you can now grab our 12oz Guatemala beans right there in the gym!
Our next popup at First Ascent Avondale was May 3rd.
We added a single origin Guatemala pour over and an oat milk latte with our single origin Peru beans. A little something for everyone, whether you wanted to taste a single origin straight and clean, or just needed a smooth, creamy cup to get through the afternoon.
New packaging for this past weekend was our a limited edition 8oz release with labels we made from our recent trip to Red Rocks in Las Vegas. Places that feel like they were made for people who move through the world with intention.
