At Bambi Nonno Coffee, we take pride in offering freshly roasted coffee and quality merchandise. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has entered production or been fulfilled.
Coffee Beans
Every bag of coffee is freshly roasted to order in small batches specifically for you. Because of the perishable and custom nature of our coffee, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has entered the roasting process.
Merchandise
All merchandise is made to order. Once your order has entered production, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
All Sales Are Final Once In Production
This applies to both coffee and merchandise orders. We are unable to resell or restock custom roasted coffee or made-to-order merchandise.
We Still Want You To Be Happy
While we cannot offer refunds on orders in production, we do want to make sure you’re satisfied. If there is an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged package, or a quality concern — please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form and we will make it right.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately using our contact form. Cancellations are only possible before production has begun. Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
