🌙What makes Bambi Nonno Coffee different?

We approach coffee with fresh eyes and old-world patience. Every bag is freshly roasted to order in small batches, sourced responsibly from high-altitude forests. We focus on naturally sweet, smooth notes that don’t need to be masked or over-complicated — coffee with a soul as old as time and a spirit as fresh as morning dew.

🌙What types of coffee do you offer?

We offer a wide range of options including Blends, Single Origin, Flavored Coffee, and Sample Packs. Some of our popular options include House Blend, Breakfast Blend, French Roast, Peru, Bali, and Whiskey Barrel Aged.

🌙Do you offer coffee pods?

Yes! We offer Bali Coffee Pods. Check our website for current pricing and availability.

🌙Do you sell tea?

Yes! We carry a selection of herbal and floral teas including Hojicha, Earl Grey, Hibiscus Berry, English Breakfast, Matcha, and Moroccan Mint.

Orders & Payment

🌙What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.

🌙Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before roasting or production has begun. Once your order enters production it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at contact@bambinonnocoffee.com if you need to make a change.

🌙What is the minimum subscription commitment?

All subscriptions are for a minimum of 3 months. This ensures we can keep your coffee coming consistently and give you the full experience of our small-batch roasts. After your initial 3 months, you're free to manage, pause, or cancel at any time.

Shipping

🌙Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free US shipping on all coffee orders and free US shipping on all orders over $100.

🌙How long will my order take?

Please allow 1–5 business days for roasting and preparation, plus an additional 1–5 business days for delivery via USPS standard ground shipping. Total estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days. Please note that our roasters operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following Monday and may take a little longer to arrive.

🌙How will I know when my order ships?

You will automatically receive a tracking notification by email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

🌙What is your return policy?

Because all of our coffee is freshly roasted to order and all merchandise is made to order, all sales are final once production has begun. Please review our full Refund & Return Policy for more details.

🌙What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@bambinonnocoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
