Cultivated at 1,300–1,445 meters in rich volcanic loam soil, a classic pairing of Caturra and Catuai varieties produces a cup of understated elegance and pure comfort. Sweet apple brings a fresh, delicate brightness, raisin adds a soft fruity depth, and a lingering honey sweetness ties every sip together with a warmth that stays with you long after the cup is empty.
