Ethiopia Natural
Ethiopia Natural
ROAST | Med-Light · BODY | Medium · ACIDITY | Low
Fruit-forward, naturally sweet, and deeply rooted in the birthplace of coffee itself.
Grown by smallholder farmers in the renowned Sidama Zone at elevations of 1,700–1,900 meters, this medium-light roast is a beautiful expression of Ethiopia’s extraordinary coffee heritage. Cultivated in rich Nitisol soils using indigenous heirloom cultivars that have grown wild in these highlands for centuries, this is coffee in its most authentic and untouched form. Smooth milk chocolate sets a gentle foundation, while naturally fruity notes and a warm caramel sweetness weave through every sip with an effortless grace that only a natural process can produce.
Each lot is carefully sorted by hand and dried slowly on raised beds, allowing the fruit to impart its full natural sweetness into the bean over time — a process as old as coffee itself, practiced with the same patience and care it always has been.
Fruity. Sweet. Timelessly Ethiopian.
About This Coffee
Bambi Nonno Coffee was born from a lifelong love of exploring coffee shops around the world — and a belief that every great cup starts long before the roast. We roast in small batches, to order, so what arrives in your bag is always at peak freshness. Every coffee we source is chosen for its responsible farming practices and environmentally conscious processing — because the best coffee should be good for the people and places that grow it.
Slow Down. Savor More.
