Grown in the sun-drenched highlands of Piura and Amazonas by the dedicated farmers of Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino, this medium roast is a testament to what thoughtful, cooperative farming can achieve. Cultivated at 1,100–1,700 meters in rich clay mineral soils, a beautiful blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties come together to create something truly special. Silky and sweet with indulgent notes of salted caramel, lifted by a bright, clean citrus finish that keeps every sip feeling fresh and alive.

Gully washed and sun-dried with care, these beans are processed the way they deserve to be — slowly, naturally, and with deep respect for the land and the cooperative that tends it.
